1.General

1.1 By using the trustrelations.agency (the Agency) website (the “Site“) or any of the Agency applications, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including United States export and re-export control laws and regulations. In these Terms of Use, the words “you” and “your” refer to each customer, Site visitor, or Application user, “we“, “us” and “our” refer to trustrelations.agency and “Services” refers to all services provided by us.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. If at any time you find these Terms & Conditions unacceptable or if you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this Site or any Applications. YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SITE, ANY APPLICATIONS, AND THE SERVICES YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT.

These Terms require the use of arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions, and also limit the remedies available to you in the event of a dispute.

Privacy Policy. The Agency respects your privacy and permits you to control the treatment of your personal information. The Agency’s Privacy Policy is expressly incorporated into this Agreement by reference

Additional Terms. Some of the Agency’s Services may be subject to additional posted guidelines, rules or terms of service (“Additional Terms“) and your use of such Services will be conditioned on your agreement to the Additional Terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will control for that Service, unless the Additional Terms expressly state that these Terms & Conditions will control.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION. EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU WILL HOLD the Agency AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS HARMLESS FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, HOWEVER IT ARISES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND ALL RELATED COSTS AND EXPENSES OF LITIGATION AND ARBITRATION, OR AT TRIAL OR ON APPEAL, IF ANY, WHETHER OR NOT LITIGATION OR ARBITRATION IS INSTITUTED), WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY CLAIM FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY VIOLATION BY YOU OF ANY FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL LAWS, STATUTES, RULES, OR REGULATIONS, EVEN IF PLANNEDGIVING.COM HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, IF THERE IS LIABILITY FOUND ON THE PART OF PLANNEDGIVING.COM, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE PRIOR LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

 

1.2 These Promotions Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our confidentiality policy and applicable non-disclosure agreement (if you are a client maintaining a current NDA with Trust Relations (the Agency)) 

 

1.3From time to time on www.trustrelations.agency (the “Website”) we run promotions.

 

1.4 Only one promotion can be used per order. A promotion may not be used in combination with other promotions or used to collect reward points except where specified.

 

1.5 From time to time certain products or services may be excluded from current promotions and any such exclusion will be notified to you through a notice on the Website.

 

1.6 Excluded products will not count towards any qualifying conditions for offers and will not benefit from any promotional discount.

 

1.7 All promotions are subject to time and availability of the Agency staff. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time.

 

1.8 We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.

 

2.Promo Codes / Web Coupons

2.1 From time to time we may use promo codes associated with content distributed by the Agency, such as advertisements, podcast episodes, blog posts or email marketing assets. These are codes which you may input on our website to qualify for certain promotions. Promo codes (Web Coupons) are subject to these Terms and Conditions and any terms and conditions notified to you at the time of issuance of the Promo Code

 

2.2 A Web Coupon is redeemed by entering its code at the appropriate point in the purchase process on the Website.

 

2.3 We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel a Web Coupon for any reason at any time.

 

2.4 A Web Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

2.5 Unless expressly stated at the time of issue, each Web Coupon will be valid for use by the recipient of the web-coupon and by such recipient only once and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

 

2.6 In accordance with guidelines from HM Revenue and Customs, a Web Coupon is treated as cash, therefore VAT is due on the full value of an order and you will be required to pay VAT on the full value of the order, unless otherwise stated in any terms accompanying the web coupon.

 

2.7 Web Coupon may only be used at the Website.

 

2.8 From time to time certain products may be excluded from web-coupon offers and any such exclusion will be notified to you along with the web-coupon or through the Website.

 

2.9 Web-coupons may be limited to redemption in respect of certain products or certain products may be excluded from the ambit of use of the web-coupon, in which case notice will be given to you at the time of issue of the web-coupon.

 

2.10 Excluded goods and services will not count towards any qualifying conditions for offers and will not benefit from any promotional discount.

 

2.11 No Web Coupon may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published directly or indirectly in any form or by any means for use by an entity other than the original recipient, without our prior written permission.

 

2.12 Web-coupons distributed or circulated without the written approval of the Agency, for example on an Internet message board or on a “bargains” website, are not valid for use and may be refused or canceled.

 

2.13 When you use a Web Coupon you warrant to us that you are the duly authorized recipient of the Web Coupon and that you are using it in good faith.

 

2.14 If you redeem, attempt to redeem or encourage the redemption of Web Coupon to obtain discounts to which you or a third party are not entitled you may be committing a civil or criminal offense.

 

2.15 If we reasonably believe that any Web Coupon is being used unlawfully or illegally we may reject or cancel any Web Coupon and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation. We reserve the right to take any further action it deems appropriate in such instances.

 

3.Discounts

3.1 Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

4.Qualifications

4.1 To qualify, you must be a new client with no prior contract or engagement with the Agency.

 

4.2  Only one winner will be accepted per offer code. 

 

The winner will be the first party to enter the code on The Website. After a winner has been awarded, the Web Coupon will be terminated and no additional parties will be accepted or considered for that Web Coupon offer.
