Lana is a results-driven team player & PR professional who has worked with a variety of brands and venture-backed startups spanning the wellness, culinary, hospitality, technology, and beauty spaces. Throughout her career, Lana’s passion for operating as an extension of her clients’ teams and creating efficient processes has been at the forefront. In her most recent role, she helped implement internal agency-wide policies and procedures for account & budget management, new team onboarding,
intern programs, and more that are still used today. Her client-centric operations approach aims to create transformational change, drive loyalty, and improve overall customer experience. Additionally, Lana has creatively and strategically built brand recognition through impactful initiatives and campaigns. This includes securing top-tier national print, digital, broadcast, and podcast press placements; managing brand influencer and celebrity partnerships, creating year-on-year 360 strategies, and leading over 30 events – from concept to execution – for her clients.
Lana received her B.A. in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations from the University of San Diego.
