The Goal:

Deep Sentinel is a leading provider of AI-powered security solutions for businesses and homes. The company offers AI-powered security cameras, live monitoring services and smart security devices, each designed to provide proactive, real-time protection.

In August 2023, Trust Relations spearheaded a comprehensive influencer relations campaign with the goal to amplify awareness of Deep Sentinel’s DS2 system launch, slated for January 2024. Targeting tech fans, family-focused accounts, and DIY home improvement enthusiasts, the initiative included a strategic mix of seasoned creators eager to integrate the new DS2 system into their content—and their homes. Through the program, Trust Relations managed a multi-faceted influencer relations program, in which partners generated original content and endorsed the brand’s product launch and key features on their social media platforms.

Due to the partnership’s success and the generation of new leads during the initial campaign, Deep Sentinel chose to renew their engagement with Trust Relations in August 2024, to continue the momentum with an ongoing influencer program.

THE RESULT:

Trust Relations’ influencer relations campaign for the DS2 launch generated ten partnerships with content creators in Deep Sentinel’s target demographics, including the tech, home improvement, and family/lifestyle spaces. These partnerships successfully connected Deep Sentinel with new categories of influencers and consumer groups in these niche consumer markets.

The collaboration yielded 13 original posts across various platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Cumulatively, these posts garnered approximately 464,000 impressions and an estimated reach of 295,000 unique individuals who were exposed to and viewed the social media content.

Standout posts from this campaign include @diydesignerduo’s Instagram Reel, @delancey.diy’s TikTok, and @FallenFoe’s TikTok.
